This posting is for an existing vacancy.

The successful candidate will provide instructional support to learners attending the Centre across a range of subject areas. Responsibilities include PLAR assessments, marking PACE courses, cooperative education programming, guidance on course selection and career education, and the development and ongoing revision of current PACE courses.

Required Qualifications

• Ontario College of Teachers certification
• Intermediate/Senior teaching qualifications
• Special Education qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidance qualifications
• Cooperative Education qualifications

Compensation:                                                                                                                                        

Salary in accordance with the current OSSTF- Secondary Teacher collective agreement Collective Agreements (dsb1.ca) – prorated based on FTE.                                                                                                

A1-A2 (Steps 0-11): $58,874 - $100,604                                                                                                           

A3-A4 (Steps 0-11): $66,333 - $120,363
